Anyone else that Bug,when you start a new Carrer and import data from an other save game just to have the Mechs you want, to start with, You cant put your or any pilot in Slot 1-Commander slot-.
Maybe its because in the saved game is the Player Name still Commander Mason,when you start a new carrer the Name is only Commander.
When you start abrand new carrer it works to put the Commander or any other pilot in Slot1

Does anyone know how to actually play this Campaign? I bought the DLC on steam, but when I go to 'Single Player Campaign' it just plays the MW5Mercs campaign....
Do I have to play through all of the original campaign to get to the new DLC?

It will how up as a mission available, probably near the FRR.

Start a new career. That lets you pick any DLC you own to start at.

If you start a New Career, you can jump right into the action. (you can import the mechs/money/equipment from a previous campaign).

Yes, it doesn't just start at the new campaign

I thought the mech lab was going to get an overhaul, looks like the same **** one in the vanilla game.

Bought, watched, not much played as i only did a test run if it works so far for being in the moment very invested in another game that i need to play to the max before my playtime ends which i will not renew.

Also hoping some mods may be updated til then...

So far i want to congratualte you PGI for delivering this magnificent DLC!

If we classifiy the DLCs into essentials and additonals (that is not about good/bad content but different type of good content) then we have Heroes of the Inner Sphere and Shadow of Kerensky being essential DLCs - the others are additional content!

I feel this is a great step for MW5 forward as a game and i am very happy you released it!
